- Excellent communication and quality workmanship I have used Suncoast Roofing on three separate houses and have been completely satisfied each time. Their management team of Will and Jay were responsive and timely throughout the process. Most recently the house roof, detached garage roof, 6 skylights and a chimney were replaced due to extensive hurricane damage. This was a complex project that they accomplished without a hitch. Their work crews were timely and performed quality work. I highly recommend Suncoast Roofing for your next roof. My previous post said 6 solar panels were installed. - Suncoast Roofing is a professional roofing company you can count on for fair pricing, excellent service and extreme attention to detail on installation. I was so impressed by their work on a house I was rehabbing for my mom, that I hired them to install the same metal roof on my personal home. I get nothing but compliments on the look, and I sleep soundly at night knowing that this will be the last roof I ever buy, even if the storm has a name. - Very pleased with the crew that did the work on my new roof. They all were curtious and polite. They showed us the boards that were damaged and needed to be replaced so we knew we weren't being taken advantaged of. At the end of the day they picked up every material that was taken off the roof from the yard and took a magnet around to make sure there was no nails, they cleaned up very well. Work was completed in three days and one day waiting on the inspecter so I was very please with the timimg of there work. - Working with an architect-public adjuster team for close to 24 months after Matthew (October 2016), I was unable to get the estimates needed for my insurance company to adequately fund my roof replacement. Hearing good things about SunCoast from a reliable source, I contacted Mr. Cavan Fitzgerald of SunCoast, a true gentleman and professional, who arrived the following morning to assess the scope, and then a day later he arrived again with the detailed estimate needed to begin the process. His team, including Mr. Eric Johnsa and Mr. Butch Thiessen, engaged directly with my insurance company where, to date, the funding provided by my insurance company has not only doubled, but where SunCoast continues to present the details for further funding required to do this job right. My home is old with a very complicated seaside metal roof. Clearly, very few roofing contractors were willing to consider this job, and where SunCoast in the end was the only company willing to engage directly with my insurance company and fight for every penny entitled per my policy. The SunCoast team are truly experts, and take extraordinary pride in taking care of their customers. Simply, they are in my court which is such a good feeling. Further, they fight for what is needed for quality work respective of their reputation of being the best in the business. All of the team at SunCoast Roofing Services, Inc. works extremely hard to provide a high quality customer service experience for me. It is a quality team effort. And the true thanks to them all, and to my incredible sales rep Mr. Cavan Fitzgerald, who spear-headed this job and demanded perfection. I am so happy and pleased with how this is going thus far, and expect to start construction after the first of the year (2019), with peace of mind knowing this monster of a complicated job is in the right hands. - Sun Coast Roofing did an awesome job on my house. I have 2 kinds of roofs. The typical A frame slanted roof and a flat roof. I am very satisfied with both roofs . The flat roof was built up to prevent water from staying on the roof. Everyone was great from our sales rep to the office staff and the work crew. - We are very pleased with our new metal roof installed by Sun Coast. The metal crew made sure all the screws were aligned so whichever way you look at the roof, they are lined up perfectly. Even the person doing the final building code inspection said that it was a beautiful roof as he stepped out of his vehicle. Chris our sales rep was so easy to work with and there was no high pressure like other companies we had previously contacted for a quote. - Hurricane Irma got our roof ...and we called around for a company that would be able to work with our insurance...for the moment we called SunCoast WE KNEW we had the right company ..Kavin came right on time to do our estiment and went over all the details ..Eric the in house Adjuster for SC was very helpful and new what it takes to get the insurance to cover our roof fully ..when the time came for the new roof the roofers were very professional and knowledgeable about the leaks we had and how to fix them ..we had the whole roof replaced ..from the tare off to the reroof they wprked very hard and fast ! - I normally do not write reviews, but this company deserves 5 stars. The office staff is extremely friendly and was always so polite no matter how busy they were. The sales rep was up front about the wait period after the hurricanes and very professional. Superintendent Kevin Sims went above and beyond to replace our roof in a timely fashion. Being almost 9 months pregnant, he made this process as easy and smooth as possible. The three guys he had complete our roof did an amazing job and they were extremely friendly. - Sun Coast roofing did an excellent job on our roof. We received outstanding service from the beginning to the end of the process. The first individual we were in contact with was Zachary Yancey. He came to our house and answered every question we had about the process. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we had all of the relevant information before making any decisions about the roof. Eric Johnsa and Butch Thiessen were also incredible during the process. They did not feel as if our insurance company was offering a fair settlement, and continued to negotiate with the company until they reached an agreement that was fair for their customer. We would not have been able to replace the roof without their tireless efforts. I am thrilled they continued to work in order for us to receive a fair amount to replace the roof! The crew that worked on the roof consisted of Jim, Scott, and Austin. They also did an amazing job! They were kind and considerate during the process and did a marvelous job cleaning up after the roof was completed. Not to mention, the new roof looks wonderful! - Sun Coast Roofing in New Smyrna is one of the best Roofing companies I have work with. Living in Fl. has been a challenge with our weather and Hurricanes, I have needed to reroof and repair two roofs on my home. No company has been more concern about doing a great job. Eric Johnsa has been Great and has been very helpful with the ordering of materials and making sure the reroofing was to the highest standers. I had a complicated roof but Sun Coast had no Problem with it including the flat sections. To top it all off Eric also help with the insurance claim and helping me apply for my recoverable depreciation. If your looking for a Great Roofing company this is the one. - Posting this review for my mom who's roof they worked on Sun Coast in New Smyrna Beach just finished my roof and I am very satisfied with the job they did. They actually started earlier than expected and were done in 2 days. Crew was hard working and did a great job. Did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning up after they were finished, used tarps to protect things before starting. I dealt with Kevin Sims and think he is a definite asset to this company. Returned my calls, answered my questions, always polite and professional. The foreman was professional and on the job, the workers were very polite and made sure the job site was clean every day, and the final cleanup was extremely well done. - I hired Rick and his company, Sun coast roofing. After hurricane season last year. My house was a mess. I was not looking forward to all the calls, paperwork, appt. Didn't even know where to start. Thanks to Rick I had no worries. He took care of everything from start to finish. The workmanship was was great. I had no complaints whatsoever. - After hurricane Irma took part of my roof off, I contacted several local roofing contractors, including Suncoast. In my opinion, I would say that the other contractors were price gouging do to the hurricane. Suncoast made me an offer that they would accept whatever the insurance company would pay to do the roof, I only paid my deductible. I took them up on their offer and it worked out perfectly. Due to the demand for roofers after the hurricane it took 3 months to get to my roof, which I totally understood. The other companies were not only more expensive, but told me 6 to 8 months wait. I am very pleased with this company, to say the least. Special thanks to Noellin, Kevin, Patrick and to the roofing crew. When the crew came to do the job, they were quick and efficient. - Sun Coast Roofing installed our new roof after damage from Hurricane Irma. Eric Johnsa represented the firm with an open and friendly demeanor. Eric was professional and knowledgeable. The work was completed over two days. The crew was efficient and cleaned up the yard. I didn't see any debris or nails after they left. - Had my 50 year warrantied roof installed last year with a membrane system plus all the fascia board and soffit wood replaced. Excellence in customer service and craftsmanship for it all. To top it off, my wife and I were both totally astonished that after hurricane Irma ripped through and her winds ripped many ridge shingles off, all we did was make a call and Johnny on the spot; this company showed up and fixed everything no charge.... Talk about WARRANTY and no BS.... If you're looking to have your roof done, look nowhere else, and know it's a quality job from the start and truly backed up with a no nonsense honorable warranty that is a true warranty (period). - Excellent service and exceptional quality of work. Started work on time, (Tues.) Said it would be finished on Thurs. They actually finished it on Wed. Only 2 days. I talked with the inspector and he told me that they did everything above the codes. Example... our house is on the mainland and doesn't require the 4 inch nail spacing, they did it anyway. The code for edge is 2 to 3 inches, they did 4 inches. They even overlaped the underlayment more than required. All the lines are perfectly straight. It makes the roof look sharp. When they were done, there was no debris left in the yard and the patio and walkways were cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend them. We absolutely love our new roof. - This is the best roofing company ever ! Having lost a lot from hurricane Mathews , my insurance company wanted to insult me even more , by not settling fairly at all .. I seeked out Eric Justa,,whom was referred , and he took the bull by the horns and went to work in my behalf against my insurance company ..and we got what we should of got . Eric never gave up and we are very pleased . Very hard working, kept us informed of all that was going on , we settled and it was a happy day . - Since Matthew hit us, we have been looking for the most apprproaqite technical support to deal with the damages done to our properties. We had the vidsit of various people or companies to review, till Eric Johnsa was recommended to us and reviewed the issues. Eric expertise and clarity in what could and has to be done were superb. - We cannot describe how HAPPY we were through the whole experience. We had contacted Sun Coast Roofing at the fall home show 2016. We needed a new roof on our house and shed thanks to Hurricane Matthew. And thanks to Sun Coast Roofing! Jeff Fidler first of all, explained everything to us what would take place and did not deviate in any way from the excellent presentation. The work crew of about 9 were fantastic! Completed the job in a day and a half! Seriously, we were dumbfounded!! Not only did they have their own inspectors checking the work regularly, but we could not even find a NAIL on our property afterwords! - Our experience with Sun Coast Roofing was a great one from beginning to finish. We had met with several different companies to receive bids for our roof replacement in Satellite Beach. After reviewing the bids, the sales representative we felt was the most honest and upfront with us was Jeff from Sun Coast Roofing. First impressions served us right on this! - Mrs Shipper - We had our crew come out and install your designer shingles off pattern. We apologized for the unfortunate mistake and told you we would completely fix the issue. - The choice to have Sun Coast reroof our home was the best we have ever made. Thank you Andrew our salesman for your patience in answering all our questions with kindness and respect. You made us feel like we knew you for years. Our kudos to Jim our installer who made sure that all the extra care was done i.e. nail and shingle, trash and debris from the gutter, minimal mess from the skylight removal with a heads up about when it would happen so we could protect our floor. - Sun Coast just finished installing my new roof and skylights. Great job; was told the plan for the project; given a cost estimate; and they recommended some excellent sub contractors for additional required work.
